Abstract

This chapter is about the key features which form part of introducing Pedagogic Documentation to educators and leaders from a variety of settings to purposefully engage colleagues in developing Pedagogic Documentation. Key features it aims to introduce include the relationship between Pedagogic Documentation and the role of the leader, alignment between theory and practice, development of collaborative reflective questioning and modelling of practice. Above all it firmly places the principles and values of pedagogic documentation both within children’s learning as well as throughout the construction of course design. This is also reflected and modelled within the chapter.
