User Support Information

Worcester Research and Publications (WRaP) is the University’s repository of research outputs. These include journal articles, conference proceedings, book sections, presentations, reports, artefacts, and more.

To comply with the University’s Open Access policy and the REF 2029 Open Access policy, you must deposit all peer-reviewed journal articles and peer-reviewed published conference proceedings as soon as possible after publication. However, as it’s likely that other types of output will be included in the next REF cycle, we do encourage uploading research outputs of any form where possible. This also helps to support Open Access more broadly, and make sure that WRaP has a full picture of the University’s research.

The WRaP team will check through your deposits before setting them live, to make sure they comply with copyright restrictions and REF Open Access requirements.
