Abstract
EMPLOY is a European project involving six partner countries. It aims to enhance the employability of non-traditional students in HE by undertaking research to produce two European toolkits that present best practice by HEIs and offers guidance to students on improving their employability. This includes production of two handbooks. One handbook aimed at non-traditional students in higher education and the other aimed at employers and university staff to be evaluated by external evaluators from the six partner countries. Professor Dhillon was one of the external evaluators (the English evaluator) for the handbooks and the files in this item are the two external evaluations she submitted.
