Abstract
In this session we shared micro-teaching experiences from delivery of an alternative curriculum environment day to 250 year 8 students at a large mixed comprehensive in Worcester, West Midlands, UK. PGCE Secondary Geography trainees reflected on the experience and the impact it had on them and the pupils they worked with.
