Abstract

An overview of planning and delivering an Intensive Training and Practice (ITAP) experience for a large cohort of PGCE Secondary trainees. We will share our ITAP focus and how the implementation included mixed subject and subject specialist teaching both in university and in our partnership schools. We will reflect on our experiences in the pilot and the impact on our future plans for ITAP.
