Ashley has been an Associate Lecturer at the University of Worcester since August 2024. Ashley identifies himself as a ‘Pracademic’ bringing experiences from practice to help inform academic perspectives, drawing upon his own experiences of working within practice within the Criminal Justice System, specialising over the years in working with specific groups of males who have been convicted of criminal offences.
