Abstract

The author conveys his concerns on how the Recommended Summary Plan for Emergency Care and Treatment might address the shortcomings of advanced care planning. It is said that the challenge of frailty among the older population will be very evident in 2019. According to evidence, 81 percent of people prefer to die at home.
