Abstract

The article examines the challenges associated with accurately identifying the moment of death and the methods used by those who declare it. It cover how death is addressed by health care professionals and the transition from medical and nursing care to mortuary services. Particular attention is given to the creation of death certificates and how time is represented on such documents.
