The TPQ is a six-part statistical instrument designed within a high performance context to explore & diagnose operational efficacy over a range of established factors found to facilitate performance.
 
The exploratory function (parts A-B) of the TPQ puts the people dimension into the context of the universal organisational team.

The diagnostic function (parts C-F) provides the opportunity to quantify a pre-determined range of variables associated with facilitative behaviours in performance-orientated environments.

Responses are shown where repetitive issues are quantified as determined by frequency of their respective occurrence

Implications:
The TPQ yields an insight into the perceived impact impact of team-related processes. It indicates how the team members see themselves as contributors to the output of that organisation and reveals benchmarking on factors determined to be performance facilitative.
