Abstract

This chapter explores the relationships and power struggles that practitioners and students can sometimes face within the workplace. This chapter:
• enables you to reflect on your experience of working with others;
• explores theory related to effective teamwork; and
• considers the experiences of working with others using a case study example;
• uses critical questions to support you to identify key challenges, responses and solutions when developing workplace relationships.
