Abstract

The report presents the first annual survey of the workloads and support needs of Gifted and Talented Co-ordinators in secondary schools in England. The purpose of the survey is to gain a national picture of the workloads and support needs of gifted and talented co-ordinators, and to help policy makers and school leaders to understand the nature and demands of the co-ordinators role in practice.
