The Wardrobe: Dressing for Success

Navigating the world of interviews, first days at work, inductions, etc. can be an intimidating prospect, particularly when you are a graduate just starting on your career journey and do not know the approach to dressing for success and/or do not have the funds to do so.
Worcester Business School recognised this challenge and undertook a practical response which established The Wardrobe. The Wardrobe rehomes professional clothing and offers it as a free on-campus resource to ensure that all students have access to context appropriate clothing as they begin their work life. Dressing for success with support from the Business School through The Wardrobe helps students reduce worries about their appearance and enables them to create the right first impression by dressing for success.
