Abstract:

An article highlighting the role of teachers in the national emergency briefing. It identifies the main climate and ecological threats and includes reflections from a UK trainee teacher and a Brazilian undergraduate researcher. Readers are encouraged to reflect on the role of teacher education in preparing educators to teach about and through the climate and ecological emergency.
