The paper builds on previous work on business models (e.g. Bocken et al, 2014) and answers calls for research into a new business model for sustainability. It investigates how sustainability is integrated in business models of multi-sectoral case organisations and explores how shared value is created through the use of qualitative methods. The findings suggest that sustainability is integrated through vision, society elevation, intersection between stakeholder and organisational values, and care for the environment.
