Abstract
There is increasing concern regarding the issue of customer aggression towards frontline employees. This misbehaviour includes both verbal/non-physical aggression and physical aggression, and is seen as widespread and particularly likely to occur in certain service settings, one of which is healthcare services. This article examines how patient aggression can be managed.
