Abstract
This chapter is a result of an analysis I completed as part of a leadership class for a Master of Science degree at the University of Worcester. The assignment asked me to look holistically at a coach and his or her leadership abilities and approaches. I chose Guy Evans as he was taking a class on philosophy and practice of sports coaching for his Master’s degree where he was required to complete a self-reflection of his coaching as an assignment. We both thought that we would benefit mutually from analysing Guy’s coaching.
