Abstract

The pursuit of health and well-being has become a paramount concern for many individuals. Beyond the traditional approaches to health, there is a growing trend towards creating holistic wellness experiences. At the forefront of this trend are holistic wellness retreats offering immersive and transformative experiences that provide individuals opportunities foster a sense of purpose and a state of complete health and well-being. This chapter discusses the multifaceted dimension of wellness and suggests multiple perspective for the design of holistic wellness retreats through the lens of design thinking and service blueprinting.
