Biography:

I am a tenured researcher and academic staff on Molecular Microbiology at Muğla University in Turkey and Honorary Professor at University of Worcester in UK. I have carried out studies related to the induction of resistance mechanisms of organisms using physiological and molecular parameters. My current studies are on host-microbe/microbe-microbe interactions, molecular markers, biological control of pathogens, enhancing enzymatic properties of bioagents using the bioinformatic database, recombinant DNA technology, protein chemistry/ proteomics besides investigations on genetic properties of pathogens using molecular parameters, gene tracking and resistance to antibiotics. I am also interested in data analysis using bioinformatic tools for whole genome/RNA seq, metagenomics, metatranscriptmore...
