Dr Annica Lau is a dedicated HR professional with over 15 years of experience in (international) Human Resources. She graduated from the University of Worcester and has since focused her research on the psychological contract between young professionals and organisations. Currently working for the Martin Braun-Gruppe (part of Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG), Annica plays a key role in shaping the organisation's success and fostering a positive working environment. She also serves as a part-time lecturer and honorary senior research fellow, combining her academic pursuits with practical experience to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
