Dr Sarah K Davis (PhD University of Manchester) is a Principal Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Worcester, UK. Sarah is interested in individual differences and her research has focussed on exploring the usefulness and value of emotional intelligence. She has published numerous studies examining whether emotional intelligence contributes to psychological health in stressful situations, and exploring conceptual and measurement issues. She has also authored critical reviews, textbook chapters, encyclopaedia entries, and blogs on the topic.
