Abstract:

The article discusses the support programs for community nurses, particularly those working in palliative care, during the COVID-19 pandemic in Great Britain. Other topics include how health professionals developed caring relationships with their patients, some bereavement coping strategies for both nurses and patients' families like the dual process model, and how the increase in infections affects the nurses' wellbeing and care delivery.
