Abstract
Two founders of peer mentoring/peer support organisations in Europe (UK and Malta) write their perspectives of the challenges facing grass roots women led organisations in terms of financial sustainability. The article focuses on social enterprise and in using peer mentoring approaches to women led support of women surviving abuse and multiple disadvantage.
