Have you ever coached a client who does not appear ready for coaching? Would you find it beneficial to have techniques to approach this scenario in future? Dr Rees-Davies and Dr Solowiej will deliver a workshop that considers a broad range of psychological approaches to potentially challenging experiences in the early stages of coaching relationships. The session will provide you with tools and techniquesderived from Laura and Kazia's exploratory research in ethical coaching practice, and use of psychological frameworks for effective change for both the individual and the organisation.
